*Proof of Student/Post Doc Status is required during the online registration process. Please provide your valid official photo identification or an official letter from your university/organization that indicates proof of status as a Student/Post Doc. Undergraduates who are currently waiting to start medical or graduate school (within the last 5 years) and are working in a university are eligible to get student rate with a copy of employment ID.
GST Notice (Singapore Delegates)
Registration fees for delegates residing in Singapore are subject to 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST), in accordance with Singapore regulations. The published fees for Singapore-based delegates are inclusive of 9% GST.

Visa Requirements – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Many attendees will require a visa to enter Singapore. Visa processing can take 3–6 months, so apply as early as possible to ensure your participation in HUPO 2026.

Privacy Policy
Registration and attendance at, or participation in HUPO 2026 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.
Badge Scanning
By allowing an exhibitor/sponsor to scan my badge, you will be consenting to your contact information being shared with that exhibitor/sponsor (name, job title, organization, city, country & email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor/sponsor, there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties.
Please note: Badge scanning for access by the Congress Organizer may be required and your information will remain confidential.
Registration Rates
Please note: Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if not received in full.
Onsite Payment
For Onsite registration, we can only accept American Express, Visa or Mastercard payments. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the conference. Cash or cheques will NOT be accepted onsite.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the HUPO 2026 Congress Secretariat’s email address by August 7, 2026, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 7, 2026, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original attendee’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new attendee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Travelling to Singapore (International Delegates)
Letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visitor Visa and authorization to enter Singapore will be issued to you ONLY after your registration has been completed and full payment received by the Congress Planner. Further instructions on how to obtain your Invitation Letter will be provided during the registration process.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat cannot accept liability for injuries or losses arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of attending the Congress. In addition, the Congress Secretariat is not liable for presentation cancellations or session delays that are beyond their reasonable control.
