Accommodation in Singapore for HUPO 2026
The success of HUPO 2026 relies on delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors booking accommodation through the official housing bureau, International Conference Services Ltd. (ICS). Booking outside the official channels may result in financial penalties for the Congress and the Association.
A limited number of rooms are available at discounted rates and can only be booked after registering for the Congress. Please do not contact hotels directly or book through third-party providers. For accommodation enquiries, contact hupo2026-registration@icsevents.com.
While we have negotiated the best available group rates, we strongly encourage all participants to support the Congress by booking through the official housing bureau.

Pan Pacific Singapore

Terms and Conditions for Individual Bookings
Booking Deadline: Tuesday, August 25, 2026, 23:59 SGT (Singapore Time) and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date).
Payment Terms: A credit card is mandatory for every reservation and must have an expiration date on or after October 2026. If the credit card is invalid, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellation and Reduction in Room Nights Policy: Cancellations and reductions in room nights must be made 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. No refunds will be issued for no shows.

Accommodation can be booked at the same time as your Registration.

Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and excluding taxes + fees unless otherwise indicated. The room rates will be subject to applicable taxes in effect at the time of the Congress.

Housing Piracy Warning
WARNING: Please beware of housing piracy companies. They are contacting delegates/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the Congress. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms; thus, making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, rooms are not booked but payment has been taken.
