HUPO 2026 travel awards are available to support students, postdoctoral fellows, and researchers attending the HUPO 2026 World Congress in Singapore. These awards are open to both HUPO members and non-members and aim to reduce financial barriers and encourage participation from the proteomics community.
How to Apply
Applying for a Travel Award is a 2-step process:
Step 1: Submit your Abstract
Step 2: Once your abstract submission is successfully completed, you will receive an abstract submission confirmation email including the link to your personalized Travel Award Application Form.
Step 3: Apply for the Travel Award (Open to Members and Non-Members)

Eligibility Guidelines
- Who Can Apply?
HUPO offers travel awards for:
- Master’s and PhD Students
- Postdoctoral Fellows
- Staff Scientists and Core Lab Managers
- Clinical Scientists
Award eligibility will be determined based on the information and supporting documents provided in the application.
What the Award Includes
- Financial support to help offset travel and registration related costs.
Submission Requirements
- Curriculum Vitae (max. 2 pages): Outline your academic and professional background.
- Proof of Status: Provide documentation such as a university letter, statement from a supervisor, or employment verification.
